## Notice

The Chief Constable's vision is that the organisation becomes: * More customer focused. * That we further improve our communication skills and how we communicate with each other and externally. Following internal consultation we wish to run a pilot programme of customer service training. The project scope is to secure a supplier who can design and deliver a proof-of-concept pilot.
