Installation of a proprietary cavity drain and damp proof membrane system to walls and floors, complete with fixings, plugs, drainage channels, and connection to existing sump pits. Cleaning and re-commissioning of sump pits, including the supply and installation of new submersible sump pumps, float sensors, discharge pipework, and a new control panel interfaced with the Building Management System (BMS). Application of cementitious or resin-based tanking to identified areas, in accordance with manufacturer's data sheets and relevant British Standards (e.g. BS 8102:2022 - Protection of Below Ground Structures Against Water Ingress). Formation of new internal partitions, raised access flooring, ceilings, joinery, and decorations as required to reinstate the area following waterproofing works. Adjustment, modification, or reinstatement of existing building services affected by the works, including power, lighting, fire detection, and PAVA systems.
