The Children and Family Centres are located in some of the most deprived localities within the county and will be important delivery platforms and access points within a wider network of family support, tailored to the needs of children and families within their locality. We are seeking providers who will proactively engage and work in partnership with local partners including the VCS. Providers need to be clear how they will make best use of current community resources and how they will work with wider voluntary, community and faith sectors in order to develop community delivery plans that achieve the outcomes set out in the contract. The initial contract will be for an initial period of 5 years, with options to extend for a further four years, each in 2-year increments.). The contract will be commissioned in three Locality lots, with the opportunity and expectation to engage with the VCS to develop activity bespoke to individual communities: Lot 1: Gloucester and Forest of Dean Lot 2: Stroud and Cotswolds Lot 3: Cheltenham and Tewkesbury Please note this procurement will be conducted under the light-touch regime under regulation PCR 2015 27 (5).
