The works include the raising of all the paving flags and associated pedestals, cleaning of surfaces and outlets, introduction of bonding board, application of liquid plastics roofing membrane, protection quilt and new pedestals and returning paving flags. The building is predominantly occupied by the school of art and design and parts of the building will be operational for the duration of the works. In order to achieve this, it is envisaged this work must be completed within 10 weeks.
