## Summary

The FOREIGN & COMMONWEALTH OFFICE is conducting the PF_GACP_Behavioural Science Project, aimed at utilising behavioural science to combat corruption within public procurement. The procurement method employed is an open procedure, with the tender period concluding on 17th February 2020. The project is categorised under research and development services, with a contract period scheduled from 1st April 2020 to 31st July 2020. An information session will be held on 7th February 2020 for potential bidders to clarify details and ask questions.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in research and consultancy, particularly those with expertise in behavioural science and anti-corruption initiatives. Organisations that can effectively research and analyse the nuances of procurement corruption in countries like Mexico, South Africa, Indonesia, and Malaysia would be well-equipped to compete for this contract. Additionally, the project is particularly suitable for voluntary and community sector organisations, fostering collaboration that could enhance their outreach and impact within global governance frameworks.
