Through this procurement, UKRI are establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to procure these services. The estimated launch date of the DPS will be 1st March 2025 The DPS will function as a fully electronic tendering system, allowing suppliers to apply for admission to a "pool" of suppliers within a specified lot of which there are a total of 45 lots. Being admitted to this pool does not guarantee any work, but UKRI intends to invite tenders from suppliers within the pool for future Monitoring Services opportunities. Suppliers can apply to join the DPS at any point during its lifecycle. However, UKRI strongly encourages as many organisations as possible to apply during the Initial Joining Stage to maximise the benefits for both UKRI and the suppliers from the outset of the DPS. On average UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) have a need to award approximately 2500 contracts annually cross all Lots. The average value of a contract placed under this agreement is between PS3000 to PS6000 GBP excluding VAT. The Maximum value of the DPS for the full term is $40,000,000. This is a new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) that will replace the current one, which is set to expire on 28th February 2025. When submitting an application for the new lots, please note they can be differentiated by the reference number UKRI-3977.
