This opportunity presents a significant avenue for business growth for firms specialising in health and social care assessments, particularly those with expertise in leveraging technology for service enhancement. Companies that can demonstrate a strong understanding of community services and a commitment to promoting independence and choice within health care will find this tender especially suitable.

## Notice

The London Borough of Camden works closely with its local NHS partners in the delivery of health and social care services. Services range from those medical interventions via primary care; a period of reablement following hospital discharge; short term interventions to respond to a crisis; or long-term care services for those who may need it (which could be arranged via a direct payment) - either through the provision of services at home (such as home-care), access to a range of community services, or, if appropriate residential/nursing care or other specialist resource. Adult Social Care and the Camden Clinical Commissioning Group are committed to transforming services to those that need them that further promote independence, choice and control for individuals (as highlighted within the Council's Adult Social Care strategic plan 'Supporting people, connecting communities' and the CCG's Local Care Strategy), We want to ensure that we make the most of technology that it has to offer - particularly in light of the growing breadth of technological solutions (both specialist and non-specialist) in the market, and ensure future financial sustainability. We are therefore jointly seeking to commission a detailed diagnostic/assessment of our current service offer which will inform both organisations future strategic approach to ensure step-change in transforming the way in which care is provided through the use of technology.
