The mechanical services shall include the following: - 1) Strip out and enabling works 2) Gas Installation 3) LTHW Heating Installation 4) Building Management and Controls systems 5) Thermal Insulation 6) Testing and Commissioning Providing all design drawings and design calculations for comments. All plant shall be so installed such that it complies with CDM and Health and Safety guidance on access and good maintenance.
