## Summary

The UK Space Agency has issued a tender titled "UK Launch 2022-2025 and beyond: Delivering launch from the UK- Industry Consultation" in the space industry category. The tender is in the planning stage, with an engagement end date of 8th September 2022. The workshop event will be held at Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference, UK, on 8th September 2022. This tender presents an opportunity for businesses involved in spacecraft, satellites, launch vehicles, satellite launch services, and experimental payload services to engage with the UK Space Agency to shape the future of commercial small satellite launch in Europe.

This tender by the UK Space Agency aims to foster collaborations between launch service providers, satellite mission owners, payload providers, governmental bodies, launch brokers, and other space sector organisations. The workshop outcomes will help the UK Space Agency make informed decisions towards becoming the leading provider of commercial small satellite launch in Europe by 2030. With a focus on attracting businesses to capture the European market, the tender supports the UKSA Corporate Plan's objective for 2022-2025. Small and medium-sized enterprises with expertise in the space sector are well-suited to participate in this industry consultation to contribute to the UK's ambition in space commercialisation.

This session will also test the assumptions being made around the optimal commercial mechanisms to be employed to facilitate the capture of the European market in commercial small satellite launch.
