The appointment of an Independent Evaluator is crucial to the delivery of the Shared Endeavour Fund due to the emphasis MOPAC has placed on monitoring and evaluation. Successful applicants of the SEF must meet the monitoring and evaluation requirements of the fund, necessitating close partnership with the Independent Evaluator to collect data and evidence from project beneficiaries.
