It is intended that this framework be in place for two calendar years with the option to extend this by two individual years. There is however no guarantee of work during the period of the framework. The framework is intended to provide support in the delivery of projects generally up to PS25K in value and undertaken either as independent projects or as an element of work within a building surveyor scheme.
