The purpose of this Pre-Market Engagement is to: a) Alert the market to a potential opportunity b) Provide an overview of the requirement and the procurement process c) Test the scope and feasibility of our requirements d) Seek feedback and soft-market testing in order to refine requirements The event will be held virtually on Microsoft teams and will consist of a presentation followed by an open Question and Answer (Q&A) session of 15 minutes The event will be followed by 1:1 break-out sessions between Sport England and suppliers lasting no-more than 15 minutes with each supplier. If you would like to book onto a break-out session please outline this within your response to this invitation and you will be allocated a timeslot and advised of the time in advance. Should suppliers wish to attend this Pre-Market Engagement Event they are requested to respond and provide the names of no-more than two attendees via the Sport England e-sourcing portal messaging facility by no-later-than 17:00 on Thursday 4th December 2020.
