Additional information: London Luton Airport is looking for bidders for: o A creative design framework to ensure the continuity of the brand through all types of creative production and messaging activity. o 3+1+1 years o LOT 1 - Junior Design Services o LOT 2 - Requirement 1 Middle weight/Senior level general design and artworking, Requirement 2 Senior/Director level TTL creative marketing services. o This process is being run as a restricted process. Bidders should submit their completed PQQ and signed NDA by 12 Noon 8th April 2019. The top 5 scoring suppliers for each LOT will then be taken through to the ITT stage. Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
