We are a large complex organisation providing services through a large and diverse range of interconnected digital services. Colleagues who support and improve digital student services are often focused on specific services, processes, or digital products. There has been a siloed approach to implementing software with multiple products serving similar purposes with different schools having autonomy to implement what they want. No holistic approach has been taken to designing the end-to-end digital student experience. We would like to outsource this project to an agency experienced in customer digital experience to support our work on this. This work will form part of a wider project which will go on to improve the digital experience of our students.
