To participate in this Market Engagement Exercise, please download the attached document and complete and return as soon as possible and by no later that 15:00 on Friday 3rd November 2017. The returned questionnaires will inform the final draft of the Council's procurement strategy. The Council may wish to discuss each questionnaire directly with the submitting organisation; however: - no statement by any party within the questionnaire will form a part of the subsequent procurement processes - participation within this market engagement exercise does not commit either party to participate in the subsequent procurement processes. BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this soft market engagement and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
