The requirement of materials are for the Back of Wall PCC Units and PCC Post Tension Beams. The Execution, Fabrication and Delivery to site are to be split into 3 main phases (indicative): 1. Dec-26 - Apr-27 2. Dec-27 - Apr-29 3. Dec-30 - Apr-32 We will use the Build UK Common Assessment Criteria (CAS) to ensure a consistent minimum business competence.
