With a very limited Council's owned accommodation and a need to fulfil its statutory duty, RBWM seek to create the open framework for provision of temporary accommodation by appointing a number of suitable Providers (Housing Companies, Lettings Agents or other capable organisations) who can offer a wide range of suitable properties which can be used for temporary accommodation placements by RBWM as/when required. This procurement will be conducted under Open procedure, using Light Touch Regime. The max duration of the Open Framework will be 8 years and the Framework will be reopen in line with the Procurement Act 23. This opportunity has already been included in the Tender Notice published on Find the Tender . Additional information: This procurement is for the Open Framework. Open frameworks will be "reopened" (i.e. one framework in the scheme expires as the next one commences) periodically throughout the term to allow new suppliers to tender for a place on the framework.
