## Notice

The PCPT Services will cover the following: - Depression , - Generalised anxiety disorder - Mixed depression and anxiety The provider is to ensure all services are inclusive and accessible for those seeking support due to bereavement where this is symptomatic of anxiety / depression. The AQP Primary Care Psychological Therapies will primarily address mental health Care Cluster 1 as follows: - Care Cluster 1: Common Mental Health Problems (Low Severity) - This group of service users has definite but minor problems of depressed mood, anxiety or other disorder, but they do not present with any psychotic symptoms.
