The initial Framework Agreement period is 2 years; the Framework Agreement is estimated to commence 24th February 2023 and expire 23rd February 2025. There will be an option to extend the Framework Agreement for 2 years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. Maximum Framework Agreement period is 4 years There is a maximum budget of PS1,200,000 per year of the Framework Agreement.
