## Summary

The Sheffield City Council has successfully awarded a contract titled "Interview Clothing", valued at £20,000, aimed at providing interview attire and presentation advice to individuals from the Sheffield ESF Pathways Employment programmes. This initiative, which falls under the category of Occupational clothing and special workwear, is designated to support unemployed and vulnerable candidates who cannot afford suitable clothing for job interviews. The procurement was conducted through an open procedure, with the contract period running from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022. Notably, the tender period ended on 13 September 2021, prior to the award announcement dated 29 September 2021.

This tender presents significant growth opportunities for businesses specialising in occupational clothing, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) capable of providing quality attire and styling services tailored to job seekers. Businesses with expertise in interview preparation and personal presentation could also thrive. As the contract is intended for a public service programme, firms with experience in community engagement and support of vulnerable populations will be particularly well-suited to compete for similar contracts in the future.
