The consultant will work closely with the Project Delivery Team to support the later stages of fund manager procurement; complex financial modelling; creation of investment policy documentation; engagement with stakeholders on all aspects of project development and delivery; senior level presentations; negotiations with the European Investment Bank and other funders; creating governance structures and coordination of recruitment activities.
