Subsequently and depending on the budget, there is the refurbishment of a Skills and Employability Hub 'The Bridge', and work to improve the connectivity and public realm environment of Rawtenstall. The second major project of the whole scheme is the redevelopment of the Rawtenstall Gyratory. In partnership with LCC Highways, the aim is to improve the traffic flow around the central gyratory in Rawtenstall and ease the congestion.
