The Authority has a significant number of fire risk assessments that are required to be completed throughout the City. Minimum requirements for Contractors undertaking Fire Risk Assessments are as follows; 1.1.1 Hold a relevant qualification in conducting Fire Risk Assessments 1.1.2 NEBOSH Fire Safety 1.1.3 On the register of approved fire risk assessors who are independently verified via a UKAS accredited scheme 1.1.4 BAFE Registered Further information on the project requirements can be located in the Service Information document and property list attached to this tender pack.
