SCOPE OF WORKS For the following electrical services, the Contractor shall provide for production of working drawings, supply, storage, delivery, off loading, installation, testing and setting to work. Builders work to alter suspended ceilings due to replacement and removal of light fittings Builders work to provide new Riser Cupboards on each floor adjacent to Lift area in location shown on floor plans All working drawings, record drawings and Operating and Maintenance Instruction Manuals including log books Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
