The equipment is used on our core network at main ESCC sites. The cover required is 24x7x365x4hrs Advanced Replacement (Parts only, parts to arrive on site within 4 hours of a call being accepted.) The service must also include access to Cisco TAC services and IOS upgrades where relevant.
