## Notice

BEIS Digital are looking to create 6 short (approx. 90 second) animations explaining key concepts in delivering digital services in central government using agile methodologies. Working from a brief and maintaining a consistent style, we are looking for a complete delivery package for 6 videos within 6 months: scripting, animation, edit, voice-over and music. We will need an opportunity for the team to review and suggest changes at each stage. Delivery will be of at least a downloadable file with ownership assigned to the department, although copies can be kept on a public channel for showreel purposes and to allow for external sharing with wider stakeholders. Please send the following to the contact address: * Examples of current portfolio that explain a process or practice to be followed. * 500 words on how you work and how each of the required services would be handled and delivered. * A cost breakdown for delivering 6 x 90 second videos as outlined above. * A 250 word treatment on how you would cover 'the importance of accessibility in government digital services' in 45 seconds.
