The service is distributed (narrowcast) across the Parliamentary estate and extended to Whitehall using the Annunciator distribution system (TV Distribution). The Annunciator distribution system is supported by the Parliamentary Estates Directorate and a project to replace the system was completed in 2014/2015. The project will require the delivery of a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) to replace the existing Annunciator Graphics solution that supports delivery of the digital sign services for the House of Commons and House of Lords.
