The LCWIP will focus on the key urban area of Shrewsbury and the secondary areas of Bridgnorth, Ludlow, Market Drayton, Oswestry and Whitchurch as well as the key inter-urban connections between these areas and neighbouring districts. Consultancy support is required to develop a LCWIP (Stages 2 -6) using the methodologies set out in the Department for Transport's (DfT) LCWIP Guidance. This support must be provided in alignment with the scoping exercise (Stage 1) that is currently underway.
