The first initial event is guaranteed but there is an optional extension implemented into the contract for a further two years to cover the future events. There is no obligation for the Agency to utilise the extended period or to instruct any additional events beyond the guaranteed IAC event in Sydney. The total value of the contract shall not exceed PS815,000.00 excluding VAT which is broken down as follows: PS72,945.57 excluding VAT is for the initial first event at the International Astronautical Conference (IAC) in line with the supplier's price submission.
