The opportunity is underpinned by a number of overarching project objectives, these include: - Self-financing delivery, 2 / 5 - Commercially driven operating solution, - Leisure destination, - Rink built by Winter 2019/2020, - Maintaining momentum The proposed contract duration is for a 25 year lease. This will be dialogued and determined as part of the Dialogue procurement procedure. Further information is provided in a Descriptive Document that is available from the Eastmidstenders Portal.
