1.6. Westminster City Council (the 'Authority") invites Tenders for the provision of Enterprise Space Operator ("the Services"). The Council is currently seeking a workspace provider who can lease the space and facilitate its use as an exceptional enterprise space for the local area. The location of the project is illustrated within the specification. The council is delivering the programme with financial and technical support from the GLA.
