The existing air conditioning systems serving the Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Services Headquarters are to be refurbished and part replaced. Whilst the works are ongoing a new control room is to be constructed. The works comprise alterations, refurbishment and part replacement of the Mitsubishi VRF A/C installation, the introduction of speed controls to the ventilation system and zone control dampers. The construction of a control room and local electrical modifications. The works are to be phased and the Building and Fire Station will remain operational throughout the construction period.
