To assist us in developing our LEVI project we would like chargepoint operators to answer the following questions. The results from the survey will help shape our final tender proposal. The questionnaire is split into four sections, each section covering a different principle that will guide our commercial arrangements. Each section starts with background information on our proposed approach followed by questions relating to it. Commercial arrangements The council is looking to maximise the opportunity to attracted private investment against our LEVI funding of PS1.27M. As such we have set out an ambitious target of installing over 620 standard power (up to 8kW) charging sockets along with around 9 rapid chargepoints over 5 years. Due to the level of private investment we wish to attract, this opportunity will be provided through an 15 year concession contract which will include the installation of the chargepoints. It is expected that the chargepoints will be installed during the first 5 years of the contract.
