To be eligible applicants must be: * A Bolton based voluntary, community provider or consortium * Have a proven track record of delivering positive activities for SEND children and young people Grant funded projects must demonstrate that they are complementing and not in direct competition with other provision i.e. offering the same activities, in the same area and at the same time
