## Notice

For this contract, the Authority requires a Scoping Study to be written; subject to the outcomes of this scoping study, the Supplier may also need to produce an Outline Study. If the Scoping study identifies major issues, then an Outline study may be required. The Outline study will be required at the absolute discretion of the Authority, pending the findings of the Scoping Study.
