Brief Description of Works: Chimney removal, installation of a stainless steel flue and refurbishment of 2 rooms: * Remove the chimney stack and support the opening using steel beams. * Supply and install a stainless steel flue. * Make good the surrounding areas to the cleaners' cupboard and corridor following the chimney removal to match the existing. * Strip out and dispose of the current kitchen fittings * Refurbish the kitchen (3.8mx3mx2.7m) including new flooring, painting of the ceiling and walls and installation of Howden's Greenwich Range kitchen fittings. * Make good to the defected area of the staff room ceiling, plaster and skim to match existing. * Refurbish the staff room (7.2mx6.2mx2.7m) including new flooring, stripping of the existing wallpaper and painting of the ceiling and walls.
