The provision of support for patients in the North East suffering from 1. Respiratory Interstitial Lung Disease and 2. Severe Asthma. A providers event will be held on 16th December 2016 (time and venue to be confirmed, but probably in Liverpool in the morning). To attend, please email james.savill@nhs.net and he will respond with confirmation of details. The engagement process will be conducted via NECS e-tendering system (PROACTIS), there will be no hardcopy documents issued to bidders and all communications between bidders and Commissioners will be conducted via the portal. The basic principles of UK government procurement will be followed for this procurement utilising the Light Touch Regime accordance with Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No102). The Contracting Authority will not be bound to comply with any Regulations save those applicable to procurements under the Light Touch Regime.
