## Notice

The aim of extra care housing is to provide housing to enable older people to improve or maintain their independence for as long as possible. The contracts will commence 3 June 2023 for a term of 5 years with options to extend on a 12 month rolling basis until 2 June 2030, subject to satisfactory performance and current demand.
