## Notice

The University needed a link to China Union Pay for provision of a better experience for some of our overseas students. A direct award under CCS RM6118 framework agreement was available and used. The level of spend under the resulting 3 year agreement will be dependent on the usage that our students determine, and therefore a range of spend is included in this notice.
