## Notice

We published our innovation and research strategy in 2021 which set out 5 strategic innovation ambitions and a roadmap for improving the management and scaling up of innovation. A project to implement the key strategy recommendations was completed in May 2022 (phase 1). The phase 1 project identified options for developing an innovation portfolio management system (IPMS), addressing gaps in our capability and accelerating the scaling up of innovation. This phase 2 project will implement the recommendations from phase 1 and deliver the necessary changes to our current innovation management system.
