There are 15 team members in total and 14-18 NOW hopes to offer each of them up to 3 coaching sessions. It is expected that some team members may not take up the offer. The coach will have substantial experience in supporting people at various levels of seniority in various disciplines in similar professional situations and in working with people in the subsidized arts and heritage sectors. 14-18 NOW reserves the right to appoint more than one coach, should this approach have the potential to provide a better service to team members.
