## Notice

This is an evaluation of the effectiveness of three pilot Social Impact Bonds (SIBs) in assisting local authorities (LAs) to provide support to care leavers. Specifically, the SIBs aim to improve the education, employment and training (EET) outcomes for care leavers. The evaluation will adopt a mixed method approach, and will require longitudinal implementation. This will allow us to compare the outcomes for care leavers in LAs using SIBs, against existing national statistics. The evaluation will also allow us to assess whether a SIBs model works for LAs, and it will help us to compare the different pilot schemes, in terms of effectiveness in achieving outcomes, and in terms of cost effectiveness. Please note the deadline for EOIs is 5pm on Friday 21st September 2018 Additional information: The Deadline for Expressions of interest is 5pm, Friday 21st September 2018. Expressions of interest submitted must be no more than 1,000 words - anything longer will be disregarded.
