The Contractor will generally be required to carry out the design and installation of renewable technologies and equipment, including Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pumps, as well as fabric measures, such as loft and cavity wall insulation, and ventilation measures. The works carried out must be compliant with PAS 2035:2019 and all installations must comply with PAS 2030:2019 requirements. Energy efficiency measures within the scope of PAS 2030:2019 must be delivered by installers who are certified to that standard for the measure to be installed. It is the role of the Retrofit Coordinator to ensure installers are competent and qualified to the required standards. The installer(s) of the measures must be TrustMark registered.
