## Notice

The evidence update comprises two components: Part A- Housing and Part B- Employment. The first component (Part A- Housing) requires an update of the 2017 Joint Strategic Housing Market Assessment. The second component (Part B- Employment) necessitates an update of the 2015 Joint Employment Land Review. It is essential to comply with the following instructions in the preparation and submission of your quotation. The councils reserve the right to reject a quotation which does not fully comply with these instructions.
