The former 'Packs' department store in Cross Street, Ryde has become Shademakers new base and is already home to artists, makers and workshop facilitators. This funding now allows for the building works to begin as we develop this space into a state-of-the-art creative resource for the whole island. We are seeking a fixed term Capital Project Manager to cover; Detailed Design, Cost Engineering, Consultant selection Winter 2022/23 Main works contract works on site December 2023 - September 2024 Decant and Activity/Work Spaces fit out The term of the contract shall be as soon as possible until March 2025.
