Excavate as necessary and supply and lay new granular fill layers. Supply and evenly spray prime coat between granular and asphalt layers and tack coat between asphalt layers. Reinstate markings and signs. Raise all services chambers, covers (sewage, electricity, telocommunications,etc) to new levels as necessary.
