The pandemic has seen a huge shift in digital behaviours and expectations and the proposed redevelopment is to create a one-stop solution that not just provides a regionalised apprenticeship service but also serves as a city region digital beacon for careers advice and guidance such as progression pathways and local industry relevant information to a wider audience. Presently, as apprenticeships, skills and careers are so closely linked, there is a requirement for these sources of information to be pulled together in one place and delivered in a more aspirational and engaging way.
