## Summary

The procurement process titled "Time2Reflect" is initiated by Wakefield Council in the services category, focusing on community action programmes to provide support to women at risk of unplanned pregnancies following the removal of their children. The project will be delivered across the Yorkshire and the Humber region, with an initial contract value of £50,000 over 18 months, starting on 10th July 2021 and concluding on 9th January 2023. The procurement was conducted through a limited method, specifically via competitive quotation, with the tender period concluding on 15th February 2021. The project aims to build evidence on effective interventions to prevent repeat pregnancies among targeted groups.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses, particularly those specialising in social services, community support, and women's health initiatives. Small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) would be ideally positioned to compete, given the focus on tailored support packages addressing issues such as drug misuse, domestic violence, and overall wellbeing. Businesses equipped to deliver holistic, multi-agency approaches and those experienced in trauma-informed care might find this project particularly aligned with their expertise, facilitating growth in service delivery in the public sector.
