The contract will be for a period of 4 years commencing in May 2018, with the potential to extend the contract by up to a further 12 months at the discretion of the Town Council. The tender is broken into two components - planting and watering. Contractors may submit a tender for either or both Planting and Watering elements. The contract may be awarded as a combined contract or as individual contracts. This will be at the discretion of the Town Council.
