The Works in the Contract will comprise: * * Demolition of existing building and surrounding site works * * New boathouse * * New boat store * * External Works * * Foul Drainage * * Surface Water Drainage * * Main Services The proposed Works are to deliver a fully operational "turn-key" boathouse including changing rooms, boat storage, gym, cafe, kitchen for club room suitable for immediate use.
